Difference between field fence and deer fence

 Field fence and deer fence are both types of fencing used for different purposes. Here are some key differences between the two:

 

 1. Purpose: Field fence is primarily used to keep livestock, such as cattle, horses, and sheep. It helps prevent them from escaping and also keeps out predators. And  deer fence is specifically designed to keep deer out of an area, such as a garden, orchard, or vineyard, to protect crops from being damaged.

 

 2. Durability: Field fences are typically made of galvanized steel wire, which provides strength and durability to withstand the pressure from livestock. Deer fences are often made of high-tensile or woven wire, due to the special lock,it is stronger and more resistant to damage caused by deer pushing or rubbing against the fence.

 

 

 

3.Cost: Field fences are generally less expensive than deer fences due to their simpler design .
