What's the difference between PVC-coated mesh fencing and powder-coating mesh fencing?

PVC-coated mesh fencing and powder-coated mesh fencing are two different processing way for  a protective coating to a mesh fence.

 

PVC-coated mesh fencing involves a layer of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) being used to the surface of the mesh. This coating provides protection against corrosion, weathering, and UV radiation. PVC-coated mesh fencing is durable, long-lasting, and resistant to fading, chipping, and cracking.

Powder-coated mesh fencing involves a dry powder being electrostatically used to the surface of the mesh. The powder is then heated and melted to form a smooth, protective layer. Powder coating provides excellent resistance to corrosion, chemicals, and UV radiation. 

In summary,  PVC coating provides protection and color, while powder coating offers durability, resistance, and a decorative finish. The choice between the two depends on the specific requirements and preferences of the application.
